InnoCon Medical has achieved another milestone in its development. Our innovative device UCon, has received approval from the Danish Medicines Agency and Danish Medical Research Ethics Committees to initiate clinical investigations with our Bar Electrode. The Bar Electrode is a “permanent percutaneous” electrode placed close to the dorsal genital nerve, enabling specific neural mechanisms acting on overactive bladder (OAB) and fecal incontinence (FI). The study will be performed together with our long-term clinical partners from Aarhus University Hospital, Odense University Hospital, and Herlev Hospital. The clinical study is co-funded by Innovation Fund Denmark.
