Can dorsal genital nerve stimulation help with Stress Urinary Incontinence?
The newly developed UCon technology from InnoCon Medical gives the possibility to further investigate other treatment possibilities by activating the dorsal genital nerve. Together with Herlev Hospital (Copenhagen), we will initiate research using dorsal genital nerve stimulation for the treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI), a known problem to a very large group of women. The project has been granted DKK 1.5M from Erhvervsfyrtaarn for Life Science. The project is administered by the Danish Life Science Cluster and is an initiative by the Danish Government and co-financed by the European Union.
